Products
Products offered are organic bone broths in stick format. Pre-orders are advance reservations — products will be shipped as soon as available.
Prices
Prices are in euros, including tax. The Osso reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Order and payment
Payment is secured via Shopify Payments. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Delivery
Delivery across Europe. Lead times will be communicated by email as soon as stock is available.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons. For pre-orders, the period runs from actual receipt of the product.
Refund
In case of withdrawal or non-delivery, full refund will be issued within 14 days.
Personal data
The data collected is used solely to process your order. It is not resold to third parties.
Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
